Tots 4 - 5yrs
Our Tots BJJ classes are tailored for the youngest martial artists, aged 4-5 years old. In a fun and nurturing environment, we introduce the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, focusing on coordination, discipline, and building confidence. Our experienced instructors use age-appropriate techniques to make learning enjoyable and help your child develop fundamental skills that extend beyond the mat. Join us in shaping the next generation of BJJ enthusiasts, one playful technique at a time.
Kids 6 - 9yrs
The Kids BJJ classes are designed for kids aged 6-9 years old. Our engaging and dynamic sessions introduce the exciting world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, emphasising teamwork, discipline, and skill development. We aim to create a supportive space where kids can learn foundational techniques while having a blast on the mats. Join us as we empower the next generation of young grapplers, fostering confidence and camaraderie through the art of BJJ.
Teens 10 - 14yrs
Teen BJJ classes are crafted for youths aged 10-14 years old. This dynamic program merges the discipline of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with the energy of adolescence. Gi Classes
Gi BJJ classes use of a traditional martial arts uniform (gi). Participants learn techniques that involve gi grips, providing additional control and strategic options in ground fighting scenarios.
Gi & Belt must be worn.
No-Gi Classes
Learn to adapt your techniques to a more dynamic and faster-paced environment, emphasising control and submissions without the use of the Gi grips.
No Gi attire consists of shorts with no zips or pockets, rashguard or tight t-shirt. Shorts must be worn over spats. Ladies - Leggings, bike shorts & rashguard.
Open Mat / Comp Prep
Open Mat/Comp Prep is a form of training whereby the focus is placed more on the quantity of sparring rounds as opposed to repetitive drilling or practice of technique. This class will improve cardio levels of the athlete and will help develop a specific Comp Game to guarantee success in in the competition arena. These classes are practiced in both Gi and NoGi disciplines. Come to class prepared for both!
